About this Experience
What you'll do:
Be your unapologetic self! I’ll guide your group through a private, relaxing sound bath designed to help you unwind, reset, and connect during your bach weekend or girls’ trip. We’ll begin with me coaching a gentle grounding meditation and breathwork, followed by an immersive sound experience using a large collection of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, rain stick, and more, to help everyone unwind and reset.
I bring up to 20 yoga mats and blankets, a boombox and mic for background spa music, a diffuser with essential oils or sage/incense (your choice), plus mood lighting for evening sessions. All you have to do is show up, get cozy, and relax.
At the end of the session, I gift a mini-private healing for our guest of honor: bride, bday girl, divorce,' YOU NAME IT! I'll celebrate it! I will place the Tibetan bowls on and around their body and customize an affirmation or mantra that will center them back into this core memory of joy and celebration for this new timeline.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can lounge in. Leggings, sweatpants, or cute loungewear all work. If you're having a pool day, bathing suits and towels are ok. Can even be experienced on a floatie!
Do I need to have experience with yoga or sound baths?
Nope! This is totally beginner-friendly. Just show up, get comfy on your mat, and let the sounds do their magic. You can sleep, let your mind wander, or follow along with me as I guide the class. The moment is yours to unwind on this "timeout"
Do you provide equipment?
Yep! I bring mats, blankets, a boombox and mic, diffuser with essential oils or sage/incense (your choice), and mood lighting if it’s an evening session.
How many people can join?
A typical sound bath is 15-30 people but I have experience with larger corporate groups. Please message me ahead of time if you expect more than 100 guests. I can accommodate up to 20 guests with my own yoga mat/blankets. If more is needed, we can arrange an add on cost with a 72 hour request for me secure supplies.
Are drinks, snacks, or other ok?
Feel free to enjoy before or after, but during the 1-hour sound bath, we pause other activities so everyone can relax fully

Are pets allowed?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs ae welcome to join the cozy vibes.
How long is the session?
I arrive 1 hour early for set up, the session is 1 hour long + 10 min with the guest of honor, and about 30 min for the breakdown/load out. Totaling about 3 hours of my time there.
Do you travel?
Yes! I travel anywhere in LA and surrounding SoCal areas, with a $20 travel fee per 10 miles outside of my city. If long distance travel is necessary, it can be arranged. Send me a message for a proper quote of what it will cost to pack + deliver my instruments.
Is it safe for everyone?
Absolutely—safe for all ages and fitness levels. Pregnant people may need to be seated on a chair or couch for comfort. Same with anyone with an injury that may not be comfortable on the ground. People with tents may need to have ear plugs to filter out the vibrations of the sound bowls.
Is filming allowed?
Filming is allowed! Just have a designated person who can capture the memories so everyone else can sink deep into the relaxation concert. and tag me! :)
