• Age requirement – All guests must be 18 or older to receive any service.

• Good Faith Exam (GFE) – A required medical clearance exam is completed by a healthcare provider for each guest before the appointment date. This is a standard safety step for all new clients, not an extra hurdle — it ensures every treatment is matched to your health profile.

• Booking deposit – A $30 non-refundable deposit per person is required to confirm your booking and applies toward your total service cost.

• Cancellation policy – Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the $30 deposit per guest. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked services per guest.

• Travel fee – A $20 travel fee applies for locations within 5 miles of Ajara Beauty's base (643 S. Olive St, Los Angeles, CA 90014). Locations beyond 5 miles are charged an additional $1.50 per mile.
