Big Sur Adventure: Old Coast Road Bike Tour

About this Experience

What you'll do:

Pedal into the heart of Big Sur on an unforgettable E-Bike tour along the historic Old Coast Road. Once a Native American trail and later a rugged wagon route, this 19-mile round-trip journey offers a rare opportunity to cycle through towering redwoods, across high peaks, and alongside the Little Sur River.

Your adventure begins at Andrew Molera State Park, winds 10 miles north to the iconic Bixby Bridge for a scenic picnic, and loops back south on breathtaking Highway 1 with nonstop coastal views. This is an active, vigorous ride for those with a good level of fitness and a big appetite for adventure.

Why we love it for your party:

  • Pedal through Big Sur’s jaw-dropping redwood forests and rugged coastline—views like this don’t come standard

  • Capture epic photos at Bixby Bridge and enjoy a well-deserved picnic lunch with your crew

  • Perfect for birthdays, bachelor's/bachelorette's trips, or any group that loves nature and thrill-seeking

  • Ride together, laugh together, conquer the trail together—this is bonding with a view!
