This was easily one of the most fun workouts we’ve ever done together! The instructor brought so much positive energy, gave awesome form tips, and made sure the bride felt celebrated the whole time.

We wanted something fast-paced and upbeat to get our bachelorette group moving, and this HIIT class was everything!

We had such an incredible experience! Kelly taught a class to kick off my bachelorette party weekend, and we loved it! Our group included people who have never taken a yoga class before as well as regular practitioners, and everyone enjoyed it! Highly recommended.
