What happens if I cancel or reschedule?

Orders canceled within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% termination fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the total order value.

What if I’m running late or not available for delivery?

We allow a 10-minute grace period upon arrival. After that, a $1-per-minute wait fee applies (up to 20 minutes). After 20 minutes, the order will be marked as delivered or pickup required, and no refund will be issued.
