What’s the difference between the course options and the tasting menu?
The 1–5 course experiences are structured meals with larger portions per course and fewer total dishes. The tasting menu is a chef-curated experience with 7–9 small, refined plates meant to showcase a progression of flavors, textures, and techniques, perfect for food lovers and special occasions.
Can I customize the menu?
Absolutely. Each menu is tailored to your preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients. You’ll work with Chef Julienne in advance to finalize your menu.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We regularly prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-conscious menus. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Do you bring all the equipment and tableware?
Yes! Chef Julienne can bring everything needed to prepare and plate the meal. Plates, flatware, and napkins are available upon request if your Airbnb or event space doesn’t have them for an additional fee.
Where is the food prepared?
Meals are prepared fresh in our catering kitchen to ensure the best possible flavor and cleanliness. Chef Julienne arrives 30 Minutes prior to the scheduled meal time to set up and plate your experience.

How many people can this experience serve?
We accommodate anywhere from 4 to 45+ guests. Intimate dinners, group celebrations, and micro-events are all welcome. Tasting menus are best suited for groups of 6 or more.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for menu planning. Last-minute bookings may be possible based on schedule. Reach out to us for confirmation!
How long does the experience take?
It depends on the number of courses, but most meals last between 90 minutes to 2.5 hours from first plate to dessert. Tasting menus may take up to 3 hours to allow a relaxed pace between courses.
Do you offer wine pairings or drinks?
We don’t supply alcohol, but we’re happy to provide pairing suggestions or collaborate with a sommelier or bartender if you’d like to enhance your experience. Glassware and setup can be arranged with an additional fee.
