If reserving online they make you pay a deposit, they didn’t automatically apply the discount to our hat with purchase so make sure you mention it.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Could not have asked for a better time. I brought in a lock of my horse’s mane that had passed away earlier this week and laurel took the idea and ran with it. She’s customized me an absolutely beautiful hat to honor my sweet boy. I really could not have asked for anyrhing better. Thank you guys!

Booking through batch.com and paying $20 for the reservation was rip off because when we went to pay Rancher Hat Bar didn’t apply the deposit to the final total. Very disappointing. Hats all turned out cute thought would recommend just don’t use a 3red party to make a reservation.

I don’t recommend using batch to book your reservation. Honestly just wait until you are here and go in as a walk in. We got there for our scheduled reservation and there were so many people the we had to wait which was fine. We weren’t really able to ask questions because they were so busy which ultimately was fine but not really fun. The girls working were so amazing and made the experience better. The bride to be bag was also very disappointing with basically dollar store junk.

The amount paid was supposed to go towards the purchase of the hats and it did not. The store was great but this posting was definitely misleading!

The hat bar itself is very cute and the hats turned out so beautifully!! But there is no point in making a reservation, they did not have enough employees for the amount of guests and the reservation made no difference in the experience. I paid a $20 deposit per person in my group and there was no point in this payment. They kept leaving to help other guests in the middle of making some of our hats and it took way longer than it should have. If you do go, do not make a reservation just walk in!!

This shouldn’t be a batch experience. The employees are kind and helpful, and the shop is cute, but you can walk in and make a hat without having to pay the $20 that batch requires for a reservation. (No reservations are required for this) We went as a group and only 1 person purchased a hat. The $20 you pay batch goes towards a hat. So if you don’t buy a hat… you’re out $20 as the shop won’t refund you since you paid via batch. Batch refunded my money, but it was just annoying to have to ask
