YES! Kangoo Jumps rebound boots were originally created for physical therapy so they are very safe and easy to use. The round "rocking chair" shaped bottoms make balancing very easy.

What are the shoe sizes?

We have boots for kids as small as a size 1 and adults as large as a size 14 for men.

I have no rhythm. How will this work for me?

Accepted Answer

With the exception of Kangoo Boot Camp, all of our classes are done to the beat of music. However, calories don't get torched to the beat of music so you will still get in a great workout as long as you are moving.

Can I have a class longer than 1 hour?

Absolutely! Let us know the length of time you would like and we can make it happen,

Is there a weight limit for the boots?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Large and XL have a weight limit of 350 lbs. Small and medium have a weight limit of 285 lbs.
