What should we wear to our session?
For the most accurate analysis, we recommend coming with a clean face (minimal or no makeup) if possible. Wearing a neutral-colored top (like white, grey, or black) can also help our analysts see your natural complexion more clearly.

How do I book a session for my group?

What if our group size is larger than 15 people?
Our "Groups 15+" package accommodates larger groups. If you have a very large group or a specific corporate event in mind, please use the "Request a Custom Group Quote" option on our main landing page or contact us directly to discuss a tailored solution.
Can you come to our office/event space, or do we have to come to your studio?
We offer both! We can come to your office, a rented event space, or host your group at our welcoming studio in either San Diego or Scottsdale, depending on your preference and our availability.
Is a deposit required to book a group session?
Yes, a $200 deposit is typically required to confirm your group booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy for group bookings?
For group bookings, cancellations made at least 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days but more than 48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are non-refundable
Can we add on other services, like quick makeup tips or mini-wardrobe advice?
Our mini sessions are focused on color analysis foundations. However, we can sometimes offer customizable options or referrals for full makeup guidance or wardrobe consultations for an additional fee or as a separate booking. Please inquire if interested.
Do you offer any discounts for non-profit organizations or very large groups?
