What you'll do:
Hello! My name is Shandy. After spending over 15 years in the restaurant industry, I found myself very passionate about taking care of people from the inside out. Creating natural remedies like Get Well tea to soothe co-workers during winter months or specialty drink menus centered around fresh juices, mocktails and cocktail beverages. These experiences led to my starting my own juice and wellness company with the philosophy, "If we can help nourish your body, your body will feed your mind and help heal your soul!"

Our food truck is a natural kitchen and can meet all dietary needs. Those will be confirmed upon booking. Please note that while yoga is a more relaxing exercise, each participant will be required to read and sign a health and wellness disclaimer at the beginning of the event. We ask that you make us aware of any and all special needs at least a week before the event date.
