But don’t let the comedy fool you—he’s incredibly personable, even taking the time to learn everyone’s name, which made the experience feel truly personal and warm. He was also super adaptable and innovative, thinking on his feet to keep the tour fun and fresh even when we hit unexpected traffic or weather hiccups. Not to mention, his driving made us feel completely safe and comfortable—he somehow manages to be both a thrill and a calm in the storm.
