Brought my 6m old daughter to get her ears pierced. This place is BEAUTIFUL on the inside. Clean, organized but still inviting. Yes, piercings hurt but Lynn was amazing with my baby. Patient, kind and professional. Definitely will be back!

Went to Aura Ink / Velvet Needle for a couple ear piercings. First the shop was spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful. My professional body piercer - Lynn Blazvick - greeted me immediately upon entering. We went back to the room where she does her piercings and again - very clean. We discussed what I wanted and she explained the plus and minuses of the piercings I wanted and it helped me make my decision. She was very meticulous measuring and lining up my piercings so everything matched. The piercings themselves were explained and was done quickly and the pain was minimal. Aftercare was thoroughly explained. Lynn’s attention to cleanliness was thorough, hand washing, cleansing the piercing area, tools and needles unpacked from sterile packets, gloves etc. All in all it was a great experience.

I took my daughter to Aura Ink & Aesthetics on her 16th birthday to get her second & thirds pierced. Lynn was the absolute sweetest — she took her time, was extremely patient with my nervous teen, and she was very thorough in explaining the process and aftercare. Lynn was an absolute joy! We loved the shop — it’s not your typical dark and dungeony tattoo/piercing shop. Everything is light, clean, airy, and feminine. 10/10 recommend!!

Now I’m a repeat customer and just got my second tattoo by Alex and love it!! Lynn pierced my ears today as well, and did an incredible job. I got my helix and conch done and she made sure I was comfortable and made sure the placing was exactly what I wanted. She was so sweet and will definitely be coming back for more! We returned for a second time within two months and brought some more friends along for tattoos. This time I also got piercings from Lynn the piercer at Aura. She was super helpful & made me feel comfortable when I was nervous about the rook piercing! Would recommend both ladies 1000/10
