Incredible experience from booking to the experience. We had a plan to come in for our daughter’s birthday as a family. The entire team was so incredibly friendly and supportive. Chanel, the manager was great at helping us picking our room. We got our passport and are definitely coming back! If you are contemplating it don’t. Just try it! These rooms and this location are fantastic! Thank you Chanel and team for making a rainy Monday night one of the most fun nights out we have had in a long time! We have been to several Escape room locations. This is our new favorite. We will be back!!

Chanel was by far the greatest host EVER!!! My wife and I visited the escape game celebrating our anniversary and Chanel definitely made it an experience we will never forget! Thank you soooooo much for everything!!! It was so much fun!

My coworkers and I had so much fun at TEG!! As a team of 5, we really enjoyed the amount of puzzles there were at Playground. Important to note: Our team had a visually impaired member, and he was able to help solve 5 puzzles!!! He actually was able to completely solve at least one by himself. I really want to shout out the game creators for their inclusive set up, because it's not easy finding activities that everyone can enjoy and be involved in! I also want to shout out the receptionist who was very kind and kept us entertained while we waited for our game time. And thank you to Kat fir being an amazing Game Master and helping us when we needed it!! Thank you to TEG for your accommodations and allowing for our Game Master to be in the room with us. We appreciate all of the staff for making this an unforgettable experience and we will be back for another win!!

A+++. I've been to escape rooms in many states and a few countries. This was the best I've ever been to. The room I tried was challenging. The puzzles made sense and everything was exactly what you want out of an escape room. The props, the way the game was run, everything- is can't recommend this place more. In addition to the incredible game, the staff are unbelievable. So incredibly nice and our game master gave the best hints when we needed them.

As Escape Game super fans my husband and I cannot overstate how much we love this location! The games are clean, fun, and engaging and the staff never fail to enhance our experience with their kindness. We have done all of the rooms at this location and loved them all SO much but our top 3 favs were Cosmic, Prison Break, and Heist! If you’re a casual escape room participant like we are, the rooms have the right balance of difficulty and fun plus not having the pressure of limited hints or time records (we’re competitive) helps us enjoy the games more. Huge shoutout to all of the staff at the this location. They are super accommodating and welcoming and go out of their way to make our experience a memorable one. 5 star facility with infinity star caliber people!

Absolutely spectacular experience at The Escape Game! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our host, Carter, was phenomenal—professional, friendly, and incredibly intuitive. He struck the perfect balance of letting us puzzle through the challenges on our own while giving just the right nudges at critical moments to keep the momentum going. As the clock ticked down, Carter’s support was clutch—helping us stay focused and energized to just make our escape! The game itself was brilliantly designed—clever puzzles, immersive storyline, and a thrilling pace. The location was clean, well-organized, and easy to find, adding to the overall positive experience. We had so much fun and left buzzing with excitement. Can’t wait to come back and try the next room. Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely amazing time at the escape room with “The Heist” in particular! The puzzles were clever, the atmosphere was immersive, and the adrenaline rush was real. Great team experience—can’t wait to come back and experience other rooms!

absolutely AMAZING staff. i have done 5 escape rooms in my life, this was my first time going to this location and i wish i could write a paper on how great each staff member was. i went may 14, 2025 at 2:30, i can’t remember each staff member name but whoever was working that day .. AMAZING ! super helpful, cheery attitude, and extremely friendly. Customer service is everything, and sets the tone for your experience and this staff is well trained and educated in that from the moment we walked in.. to the moment we left! We did prison break and i love how it was still difficult, but easier to figure out with the help of some clues given by the staff! Even offered to take pictures for us, and gave us a cute sticker :) I want to come back immediately just based off of how great me and my boyfriend were treated, will be back this weekend.

We visited to play the heist for my daughter’s birthday. The staff was kind enough to draw her a birthday card and have all the staff sign it! We ended up going back later that night and did gold rush and again the staff was absolutely incredible! The game play itself is top notch and really gets you thinking, the rooms are decorated incredibly, but the staff really was the icing on the cake! We will absolutely be returning and likely will make it a tradition to visit every time we come to Atlanta! Shoutout to the manager Mickey who made our daughter’s birthday extra special!

This experience was AMAZING! The room theme was so fun and the quality was 10/10. Not to mention the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND! It was my birthday and they went out of their way to make it special. My husband asked them to incorporate my favorite drink into the ending of unlocking the final lock and they added extra Cherry Pepsi details to the room and gave me Pepsi socks, stickers and a birthday card!! I was blown away!! Avery was our host and he was amazing, so nice and so attentive! Thank you!

We did the Prison Break escape room and it was AWESOME!!! Chanel and Maya were so awesome and helpful with our group of 10!!! They made our twin boys 14th birthday very special!!! We will definitely come here again!!! We escape with 6 minutes to spare!!!

We visited The Escape Game for my sisters birthday. Since we arrived everyone was super kind to our group. Our guide was Jae and she was amazing and very helpful. Even though, It was our first escape room, Jae didn’t make us feel bad when we asked for hints. She was super sweet. She noticed my sister was wearing a Harry Potter crewneck so she hand drew a Harry otter owl and got the whole crew to sign a birthday card.
