The Escape Game

We came out to Gilbert, AZ visiting from Los Angeles, and checking out The Escape Game for the grand opening launch of their new location was easily one of the highlights of our trip! ​Our family has done all of the Escape Game rooms back home in LA, so we already know they set the absolute gold standard for escape rooms, and this new location definitely lives up to the hype. We got to tackle two of their new rooms, Ruins and Murder with a Side of Meatballs, and both were incredibly fun, brilliant, and packed with immersive detail and clever puzzles! ​A huge, special shoutout to Wilson, Lizzy, and Evan. The customer service here was amazing, but these three truly blew us away. They were very welcoming, enthusiastic, and hit that perfect balance of helpful energy without spoiling any of the fun.

We had an absolute blast! We played Murder with a Side of Meatballs, and it was one of the most fun and challenging escape rooms we've ever done. We escaped with just 10 seconds left, which made the ending incredibly exciting! The attention to detail was outstanding. This room had more props than any escape room we've ever experienced, and they weren't just for decoration—they created tons of clever distractions that made every clue feel like a real mystery. It kept us guessing the entire time and made solving each puzzle incredibly satisfying. We've completed many rooms from The Escape Game over the years, and they continue to set the standard for immersive, high-quality escape experiences. This new Arizona location is no exception. If you enjoy escape rooms that are creative, immersive, and genuinely challenging, don't hesitate to book this one. You won't regret it—we're already looking forward to coming back to try the rest of the rooms!

what experience I had! I've done many different Escape rooms around the country and this is one of the most fun places I've been great games. These people are true lovers of Escape rooms A.k.A. my kind of folks! Thank you for your hospitality and the fun we had. I look forward to being able to play more games with you guys!

Checked out the escape game yesterday and had an absolute blast! We did the murder mystery and it was very fun, challenging, and interactive. Megan did a really great job as our game guide. We are excited to come back and try other games sometime soon!

I had an absolutely amazing time with my friend and I. It was just us 2 in a room typically for parties of 8, but it was not too difficult. Great for big groups or small groups. The team was incredible. Everyone was super friendly. The game watcher will actually give you specific hints, instead of just default scripted help. Extremely detailed and knowledgeable people. Great way to escape the AZ heat.

This was our first time trying Escape Game in Gilbert and we had a great experience. From when we were first greeted by Stephen and our guide Xavier was great and up until the end, top notch customer service. We did the Ruins room which was so well put together. Highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed playing Ruins! I’ve played a lot of escape rooms both in Arizona as well as California and this place has to be one of my favorite experiences. The amount of effect and the quality of the sets in the rooms exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back for another room

We had so much fun at The Escape Game! We played The Ruins and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. A huge shoutout to our game guide, Xavier, he was fantastic and made the entire game so exciting and immersive! Highly recommend!

The attention to detail is incredible and our guide Audi was fantastic. She absolutely made our visit!!! And we had 7 minutes to spare in the Heist!!!

I have done 4 escape rooms and this was by far the best. I definitely will go back to try the other rooms. The staff is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They make your experience worth it.

Came with my family and had such a great time! Megan was amazing as well as the rest of the staff. Is so awesome to have a place to go to laugh and enjoy each others company. Great time!

Super fun and immersive!

Lizzy and Megan were amazing and the game was SUPER immersive! I felt like I was actually in one of the oceans movies.

We had such a great experience at The Escape Game! The Playground room was awesome and well designed with plenty for everyone to do. A huge shoutout to Austin, who was our guide. He was energetic, helpful, and made the whole experience fun from start to finish. Also thank you to Brandon for welcoming us in and taking such great care of our group. The customer service from both of them really stood out and made the experience feel special.

What an amazing time we had as a family. Austin is the best at what he does. Can’t wait to go back and try out all the other rooms.

Did this in Charolette NC with friends we were visiting. Great escape room experience. Was a little concerned about the difficulty level, but we made it out none the less with 21 seconds to spare.

My friends and I had such a great time doing the Gold Rush room with Dakota as our game guide that we decided to book a different room for the very next day! The man at the front desk was very friendly as well; Escape Game was a 10/10 experience from beginning to end.

My wife and I have been here 4 times and each time it has been a blast. The games are challenging and a fun way to bond with each other. Most recently, Matt went above and beyond with customer service to ensure our experience was top tier.

This was such an amazing experience! Sami was working the front desk and when he saw it was my birthday he made the day feel really special. The escape room had a really fun story line and fun puzzles. It’s so nicely planned and organized. I’m so excited to play the board game and I can’t wait to come back with my family and try another one! Thank you for this amazing birthday experience. Also I was told to say that someone should go bald so please go bald someone.

Sami was amazing it was our first time and he made our experience 10 out of 10 so informative patient helpful going to above and beyond for his customers. How do you recommend sami made the experience worthwhile

Had so much fun going into The Depths discovering an experiment gone wrong! I’ve already been to two other escape rooms and I can’t wait to come back again. Our guide, Jack, was the perfect ball of energy to hype us into the game, and cheered us at the end on a good game with about 1 minute 30 left on the clock! Super recommended, staff is so lovely and helpful.

We did the theme called “depth in”. I Love it! Will come again for another theme next time! I Highly recommended! It was so much fun! The puzzles inside were really well designed and very interesting!

Did the Cosmic Crisis room- it was incredibly fun and the props are on point! The puzzles were challenging (and not just simply decoding a bunch of number/letter coded pad locks like other escape rooms). Definitely requires team effort and synchronization, which gives it more complexity ✨️ Huge shout out to our game master, Camden, for making it a more memorable experience 👏

It was absolutely amazing for my first time at an escape room for my birthday, and they were very accommodating. I went to Cosmic Crisis, and they did not disappoint. I will be going again, and I recommend it to everyone of any age. 5 stars!

Jasiah was so much fun , I usually hate escape rooms but not only did he make it fun he kept the vibe of the room even more fun

Had an amazing experience at this escape room! The puzzles were challenging but still really fun, and everything was well thought out from start to finish. The atmosphere was immersive and kept us engaged the whole time. A special shoutout to Deandre and Izzy—they were a great help, super friendly, and made the experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone has a great time. Definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

I had such a good time at this place but what stood out the most to me was the customer service. My 8 year old son went into panic doing the prison escape room and the staff scheduled today went above and beyond to comfort him. One young lady stopped twice to make sure he was okay and even asked if there was anything she could do to help him be less fearful. Another gentleman brought him a plushie to comfort him. The amount of patience and compassion shown was heartfelt. Thank you so much. I hope to return soon.

The emloyees were very nice and when hints were needed they helped just the perfect amount. The experience was really fun and the excape room was awesome

Had an amazing second experience at the escape game doing goldrush, all the staff were so lovely and attentive, Eileen guided us too are room and she was so welcoming and lovely, and the card she drew was so sweet! I really hope to come back and do another room next time I visit.

We had a blast here for my nine year olds birthday. The rooms are fantastic - fun, engaging and have multiple parts. One of the best I’ve been to!

So fun. Been here 3 times so far. Every room is so unique. Diondre was great at the front desk and Chris was a great game maker. We’ve done the depths, prison break, and gold rush. We recommend all of them. So unique and well kept. Secret doors are always such a secret. High production value.

My family had a great time at the Escape Game in the American Dream Mall. The staff was great, particularly our guide/instructor, Jan. We did The Depths room. The difficulty level was listed as 7/10 and I would agree with that. While some parts were super easy, others required a bit more brain power. We did like how that told us the steps we had to do to come the mission and escape. We escaped with 58 seconds to spare. It was a SUPER fun room. We plan on doing another escape room during our next visit to American Dream Mall! Thanks again to Jan. We appreciate you!

I went to this escape room for my birthday and my family and I had a great time. Samir was very helpful with my booking and navigated any challenges I had very smoothly.

We had the best time here doing the Special Ops room! Amrit was a great host and the entire experience was so immersive and fun!! Very hard room but it was that much more fun! All of the staff here was so friendly and amazing!

We did "The Playground" and had the most amazing experience! The room itself was fun, challenging but not too hard. But what made this experience truely perfect was the staff! The two guys at the front desk helped us with lots of passion to pick a room and did an incredible job guiding us during the game, we felt very well taken care of the whole time! My son is 7 and was probably a little too young but thanks to these guys we had a positive end and he had "the best day ever". Thank you so much!

Yousef was the goat. After fighting for parking cause of the BTS concert we sprinted across the mall to The Escape Game. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly workers we’d spoken with on the phone about our predicament. They offered us a moment to catch our breath, made funny small talk, and offered us waters to help with the out-of-breathness we were suffering from. Yousef was a super fun game master who offered great clues and commentary before, during, and after our game. The room itself was super fun and required lots of critical thinking to solve the puzzles. After our game our member who was celebrating her birthday received a hand drawn card from the staff and Yousef helped us grab a success photo. Amazing staff, quality and inquisitive escape rooms!
