So much fun. Friendly staff and our “warden” Austin was terrific! He knew just when my party of six needed hints.

Literally had sooo much funnn! Noah was such a great host and made the entire experience fun and exciting ! 10/10 recommend !

I have a one year-old They made a ball pit for her So that we could play in the room altogether they were very accommodating, very kind and it was absolutely fantastic

Where do I begin? We had an exceptional time and a wonderful customer service experience from start to finish! Shout-outs to Micah, Morgan, Dakota, and Matt for making our son's birthday such an amazing one! You all helped kick it off with flying colors! Thank you so much for everything! We look forward to coming back soon. My youngest is already talking about (and planning, lol) to come back for her birthday. :) Thank you again for stellar customer service! You made this mama's (and dad's) day, seeing our son so happy, made my heart smile. I could go on and on, as my youngest plays with the origami bunny, just know that you all set the bar very high! :)

All the games here are great. Highest quality escape rooms I've done. Very friendly game masters who know what they're doing.

Had a great time in Special Ops. Saved the world, or at least a small part of it. Austin is a great host – kept tabs on us, but out of the way, and very personable, esp with the little ones. (Actually, whole crew is cool, made sure we had a fun time.) Thanks!!!

We had such a great experience at The Escape Game! The Playground room was awesome and well designed with plenty for everyone to do. A huge shoutout to Austin, who was our guide. He was energetic, helpful, and made the whole experience fun from start to finish. Also thank you to Brandon for welcoming us in and taking such great care of our group. The customer service from both of them really stood out and made the experience feel special. Highly recommend for groups looking for a fun activity!

My friends and I had such a great time doing the Gold Rush room with Dakota as our game guide that we decided to book a different room for the very next day! The man at the front desk was very friendly as well; Escape Game was a 10/10 experience from beginning to end.

My wife and I have been here 4 times and each time it has been a blast. The games are challenging and a fun way to bond with each other. Most recently, Matt went above and beyond with customer service to ensure our experience was top tier.

Did this in Charolette NC with friends we were visiting. Great escape room experience. Was a little concerned about the difficulty level, but we made it out none the less with 21 seconds to spare.

That was so much fun! My kids asked to go and I was a little worried because two of my kids are younger (9 and 4) but they 9 year old kept up with us just fine and the 4 year old had fun just playing in the playground stuff in the room! I really appreciate that when you are WAY off they will help you out with asking for a hint (that happened a few times 🤣). We have already decided this will be AT LEAST a yearly tradition if not more frequently than that! If you are questioning it, do it!! Won’t regret it! Staff is great, really make it more exciting!

Izzy was the best!! She truly did a phenomenal job. She deserves a raise too! She made the experience 10/10 for my bday too!

We had such a great time here! Izzy and Nadima were fantastic throughout both of our games and made the whole experience even better. We played Legend of the Yeti and Prison Break, and both rooms were super fun, creative, and engaging from start to finish. Our family is already talking about which room to try next. Highly recommend and definitely a 5‑star experience!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Izzy checked us in—even though we were super early—and we ended up chatting for a while. As a fellow puzzle lover, she gave us some fantastic recommendations that made us even more excited to get started. The rooms and overall experience were incredible, but what really stood out was the staff. Izzy went above and beyond by grabbing an adorable Pokémon plush for my 8-year-old after we all bonded over our love of all things nerdy. That kind of genuine enthusiasm and care made the whole visit extra special. Having a team that clearly loves what they do makes such a difference. You can feel it in every part of the experience. Highly recommend!

Mathya and Bleu gave our group such a wonderful experience for the Prison Break game. We were celebrating a birthday and the two of them were such enthusiastic hosts and really made our experience memorable. We all had a wonderful time!

DJ did an amazing job as our game operator. He was super attentive and incredibly helpful. I would definitely come back to the Escape Game and I highly recommend anyone else come as well. My family and I appreciated his enthusiasm, time, and effort to make sure we had a good time.

We had such an amazing experience at The Escape Game, and a huge part of that was because of Josh and Bleu who helped us throughout our visit. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from beginning to end. They made the experience even more fun and enjoyable, and they made sure we felt welcomed and supported the whole time. Izzy was amazing, our team had so much doing this and they were so kind and helpful, a lot of us were first timers and they were very welcoming too.

We did the prison break, it was awesome. Very challenging, definitely required team cooperation. Our host, I think their name was Blue, was super helpful when we got a little stuck and frantic at the end! Cool room and great staff, hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved Prison Break! Staff was welcoming and friendly. When they found out it was my son’s 10th birthday, they offered him a birthday crown & they had a signed postcard for him after we escaped. Steele was a great room host! We’ve now done 3 of the 4 rooms and can’t wait to go back for the last one.

It was a lot of fun. I highly recommend especially if you are looking for something different to do for a date night.

All the employees were very nice and even drew me a handmade card with signatures from all of them for my birthday! Love this place so much, very judgement free and easygoing and the escape rooms are fun and challenging.

Awesome venue! Bennett rocks! This escape room is conveniently located right in the mall with ample free parking. There is a Yardhouse bar right next door which means you won't be hungry while waiting for your allotted time. Bennett was very courteous and accommodating which contributed to the excellent experience. The rooms are of the highest quality and you really feel the immersion. I highly recommend!.

We came in at around 11pm after watching a scary movie to lighten the mood. We were worried that we came in too late and the staff would be annoyed. THAT WAS NOT AT ALL THE CASE. Our game master Josh (i think was his name) was SO sweet! He took the time to learn all our names and was incredibly welcoming when showing us to our room and also helping us book our next escape game after we completed ours! Overall great set and props, but more importantly AMAZING STAFF!!

Super fun! They can make it as hard or easy as you all want, you can get hints or do no hints, etc. The puzzles are very well thought out, and the staff is friendly! I was really impressed by the decorations as well!

Firstly the staff were lovely very polite and helpful. We did the 'Playground ' room, it was challenging but the rooms are well thought out and very fun....putting together puzzles and solving clues made good fun for the entire family, my 4 year old daughter even enjoyed it. When I return will definitely check out the prison break room next time Highly recommend

Amazing, amazing experience!!! I organized a birthday party here for my friend using the escape game birthday package and it was the best choice ever! I apologize I don't remember the staff members' names but I would like to say the front desk person, the staff person that made the custom-drawn card and bag for the birthday girl, and the game master were all phenomenal. I really appreciate everyone’s excited attitude and how they made everyone feel really special. Thanks for all you guys do! Will definitely be coming back!

Brought my partner here for his birthday and we absolutely loved it! we played the heist, just us two. The staff was amazing, and super accommodating as we ran into traffic and were late. They even showed us another one of the rooms after we finished our game. The attention to detail was amazing, and the game was super engaging. I think 2-3 people is perfect for the heist, and the ability to ask for unlimited clues is super helpful. all the puzzles were super fun and really got you to think. Will definitely come back to try to escape prison break!! definitely recommend for dates!

First time trying it out and it was very exciting! Had to use a lot of hints but we made it! The staff gave us a birthday card and ten percent off discounts for boba next door. Coming back for a different theme!

Absolutely incredible experience. The staff are amazing people who go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. I had gone with my friends for my bday and we did 3 of their rooms The Yeti, Heist, and Prison Break. All of the rooms were 10/10. Such a great experience. I've been here before and loved it so I came back with my team from work to do a fun team building and we had a blast. The rooms are challenging and so immersive and the staff are absolutely phenomenal.

So much fun!!! The prison break was exciting!!! Must Do! We escaped with 1 second left ! And sky was amazing helpful and they made my girl a sweet card for her birthday!

My SO and I escaped the heist! This was the perfect activity for learning (or exposing) communication styles, and bonding as a team. It was really fun and E was the best guide helping us through! I would definitely come back here.

Had an amazing time. Was a good challenge for me and my family and group. Had a good whimsical challenge to it and rewarding puzzle experience. Hailey did a great job and we had an overall pleasurable experience. Place was very clean and well kept and the staff was great and helpful.

Me and my brother did the prison break room and made it out with a minute to spare! Was definitely challenging and “E” made the immersion great! Will for sure come back to escape the other rooms!

We had an incredible time at the Escape Game at St. Johns Town Center! Our hosts, Bree and Shay, were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly, and very patient with their explanations, which was especially helpful since we had a couple of first-time escape room players in our group. We played the Playground room, and it was such a fun and engaging experience. The puzzles were creative, challenging, and enjoyable for both our newcomers and the returning escape room enthusiasts in our group. Bree and Shay made sure everyone understood the rules and felt comfortable before we started, which really helped make the experience enjoyable for everyone. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back to try another room. Highly recommend this location, and a big thank you to Bree and Shay for helping make our visit so memorable!
