We operate under the Passenger Vessel Safety Act of 1993, and you will need to select a captain for your trip and sign a Bareboat Charter Agreement, according to this USCG law. The company will email you the contract, and you can also select the captain there, 2 to 3 days before the start time.

What is included in the price?
Our rentals typically include a professional captain, fuel, and a cooler with ice. Specific inclusions may vary by package.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. To ensure everyone’s safety on board, we recommend avoiding glass containers or bottles. We also suggest easy-to-eat finger foods so you can maximize your comfort while cruising.
What happens if the weather is bad?
weather is known for changing rapidly! Because of this, we ask that you still show up at the Marina at your scheduled time. The Captain is the only person who can officially decide if the conditions are safe to sail. If the Captain determines it’s not safe to go out, we will work with you to reschedule your trip.
What other recommendations should I keep in mind for my trip?
To make your experience unforgettable, we suggest the following: Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Essentials: Bring sunscreen (apply it before boarding!), sunglasses, a hat, and a light change of clothes. Pack Light: Use small bags, as large suitcases take up too much space on board. Footwear: Wear easy-to-remove shoes; you’ll likely be barefoot most of the time. Safety & Comfort: Bring a waterproof bag for your phone. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking a motion sickness pill beforehand and avoiding an empty stomach.
