Yoga was a perfect addition to our weekend in Scottsdale. We booked an energizing class but thankfully after a long night out our teacher was able to teach us a restorative flow. We felt very relaxed after the session.

Our pilates class was perfect!! It was a mix of fun and sweat with my closest friends and family. This is a pilates class I'll never forget. Thanks Book The Mat for adding wellness to our weekend!
