How long does the hat customization experience take?

Most groups spend approximately 1.5 to 2 hours designing and customizing their hats. Timing may vary depending on group size and how detailed each guest wants their design to be.

Do I need any design or crafting experience?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Southern Salt's team guides guests through the entire process and helps with accessory selection, layout, and design ideas. Whether you're creative or not, you'll leave with a hat you'll be proud to wear.

Question 3

What's included in the price?

Accepted Answer

The per-person price includes your base hat, access to the full accessory inventory (charms, pins, feather bands, and more), live custom branding, setup and takedown, and a complimentary bottle of bubbly for the group. Non-alcoholic options are available upon request.

Question 4

Can the experience be held outside of Austin?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Southern Salt can travel to your event location. A $100 travel fee applies to events held outside the Austin area.

Question 5

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. BYOB is welcome, and Southern Salt includes one complimentary bottle of bubbly for the group. Non-alcoholic beverages can also be provided for guests who prefer them.
