We had such a wonderful experience working with Sam and Hayley to create the perfect bachelorette for my sister! Sam did everything from helping us plan the itinerary, to every detail of decorations, photo booths, games, food, mimosa bar.. it was truly legendary! I was extremely impressed! I thought my expectations were high going in after seeing the bxbbly gallery, but I was still 100% stunned at the detailed execution from on-theme and customized gifts to a full, customized fridge-- they really went above and beyond my dreams! You will be happy you called Bxbbly! Thank you again to Sam and Hayley!

Bxbbly is so wonderful to work with! Not only is the day of your wedding stressful, but it's so much less when you have amazing vendors there to help! I worked with The Perfect Touch as my wedding planners, and they introduced me to Sam and her team and they went above and beyond the day of the wedding to make our day even more special. We requested to use their photo booth and audio guestbook, and it couldn't have been a bigger hit for our guest and so special for my husband and I to listen back to the wonderful messages our guests left us. Our wedding was quite a drive out of the city for Bxbbly and I'm so grateful that they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for the big day and even went out of their way even more to drive and get extra materials for the booth. If you're even thinking about working with them, just do it! Worth every single penny :)

bxbbly has been nothing but fun in my experience, as a bridesmaid. Sam knows exactly how to create tons of fun with a personal touch, and anyone who tasks her with planning and executing any event will be in the best hands. Hayley has a keen eye for detail and specifics with theme and decor, and together they’re two of the best people to have on your team to create the bachelorette party or event of your dreams!!

I can’t speak positively enough about my experience working with Bxbbly for my bestie’s Reputation themed Bach. Every step of the way it’s like they jumped inside my head to pull out ideas better than I could even explain. Not only are Sam and Hayley the sweetest humans to ever walk the planet, they treated every question, suggestion and detail as if they were attending themselves. Bach Besties is truly the perfect way to describe how it feels working with them because you instantly feel so comfortable and taken care of. No question went unanswered, no concern unaddressed and when we needed guidance they were right there with expertise to help tie everything together. Communication was fabulous, the gift bags were a perfect mix of themed but still reusable and the mimosa & charcuterie surpassed every expectation. We were between two packages for a while and they were happy to help customize our experience so we got the most out of their services while still honoring the budget of all guests. So much goes into planning a perfect event but with these two by your side you can rest assured knowing you will have fabulous fixings with enough downtime the day(s) of your event to really get to enjoy and be present. Bxbbly was the one vendor in the KC area who truly brought my audio guestbook phone booth vision to life. I rented the full phone booth and provided my custom-designed vinyl, and they made the entire process incredibly easy. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and worked seamlessly for my event. I’m so grateful for how they helped make the audio guestbook such a fun and memorable part of the experience. You absolutely can’t go wrong with this lovely team!

The Bxbbly team was amazing to work with! I actually had won a package at the KCEngaged show and I was SO happy to have them do my bachelorette! After seeing everything come together I was absolutely amazed! I loved them so much, we had them do a balloon arch for our rehearsal dinner too! I was worried it was too late, as we asked about a week before 🫣 but they said yes and it was a breeze from there! I was so thankful. As a bride, the last thing you need to be worried about is balloons, these ladies take on all the stress for you and it’s worth every penny!! bxbbly is the VERY best in KC. You won’t go wrong with booking them for your events. I had the privilege of working with Sam and Hayley for my bachelorette and also my wedding. They are literally the sweetest people you will ever meet! They are very kind, patient, and accommodating. They make sure their clients are happy and the quality of their work is just amazing! During my wedding, I didn’t even have to worry about anything they did. They came on time to set up and take down at both venues. They did a balloon arch at one of my pre-wedding events, a telephone booth with balloon arch, and also a backdrop and full decor at my bachelorette. Their attention to detail is especially good. They take your idea and make your vision come true. I had a vision for my Indian wedding and even though it was their first time doing decor for an Indian wedding they knocked it out the park! I had a bunch of decor items I wanted them to use for the decor and gave it to them in a crazy mess (sorrry!!) but they organized everything and even gave my items back fully organized and untangled - ready to use again! I want to say thank you to Sam and Hayley for giving me an amazing experience every time I work with them. I love them to death and have recommended them to several friends and family who have also booked with them a few times now, too! THANK YOU!! Hope to work with them soon again. 💖✨🥹

Bxbbly is a great rental company in KC! As a wedding coordinator with The Perfect Touch KC, our couples have chosen Bxbbly rentals many times! They do phone booths, custom balloon installations, and a lot more! Sam has always been so great to work with! I would definitely recommend using them!

5 stars? Wish I could give them more. We hired Sam and Hayley for an audio guestbook + balloon arch at our wedding. They went beyond our expectations; completely knocked it out of the park. Our guests were raving about the setup all night. Sam and Hayley also helped us put up other decor for the wedding without hesitation. A huge help on the biggest day of our lives! We had our “guestbook” audio messages from the wedding within just a few days, too. My husband and I have had so much fun listening to them all. We cannot recommend them enough for whatever big event you are planning. THANK YOU Sam and Hayley!!!

Sam and her team were an absolute dream to work with. When approached by our nonprofit to set up for our Gatsby themed gala they were so excited and got right to work. Sam from bxbbly was integral in my proposal. She helped me to plan how I would convince my fiance that we were in town to celebrate her birthday and helped me plan out everything we did for the day. We orchestrated how we would get her out of the hotel so she could do birthday decorations and did so well that the staff were amazed and taking pictures. She introduced me to a company called snappr where I was able to get a photographer and I was able to surprise my fiance (who doesn’t get surprised easily) and give her the best birthday present ever!

The Bxbbly gals are literally the BEST! We had their telephone booth at our wedding, along with them designing our arches for the ceremony. Sam & Hayley are both the most KIND and GENUINE humans. They will be your biggest cheerleader. They also make the planning and execution of your special day a breeze!

I hired Bxbbly to help me plan and coordinate the two-year anniversary celebration for my business, and I have to say they blew me away. Although my event was outside the realm of what Bxbbly typically plans, they went above and beyond to ensure my event was a smashing success. My event was, to my knowledge, their first corporate event, but you would never have guessed that. I met with them a week before the event to coordinate ideas, and they had many wonderful suggestions that they put into action. They took the time to listen and hear me, understand my business, and the goals of the event. I truly felt like they understood the importance and meaning of the event. Hayley and Sam are professional yet easygoing, understanding and motivated to help their clients meet their event goals. I asked for a photo backdrop as well as setup for food and beverages. To add to my requests, I asked for a chakra-themed charcuterie board. I knew it would be somewhat difficult to build, but oh my goodness did they deliver. Weeks later I'm still hearing about how beautiful that charcuterie board was. The drinks also came out very well. Leading up to our event, they helped promote the celebration on social media which was helpful. They assisted in vendor coordination and made connections with the other local businesses in attendance. Above all, they relieved me of an extraordinary amount of stress about the planning and execution of the event. They only had a few weeks to plan the event, and I knew I would be busy throughout the event, leaving me with less time to ensure everything was going smoothly. They were incredibly helpful in setting up and cleaning up the event in addition to checking on me, my staff, vendors, and clients throughout the evening. I also appreciate that Bxbbly is an inclusive and women-owned company, which aligns with my personal and professional values. I cannot recommend their services enough! Whether you're needing a fun event planned, a bachelorette party, or anything in between, they will certainly exceed your expectations. I am so grateful for their part in making my event a success.
