what you're getting: A completely custom menu designed with Chef Rebecca, four courses that flow perfectly together, professional plating with edible flowers, full service from setup through cleanup. You literally just show up and eat.

Mediterranean: charcuterie → spring greens with quinoa & feta → grilled Greek chicken with cucumber-tomato relish & rosemary potatoes → candied orange olive oil cake

Italian: bruschetta → caprese salad with strawberries → Chicken Romano with lemon beurre blanc & garlic mashed potatoes → pistachio tiramisu

Fusion: grilled rosemary-orange olives & manchego → baby greens with fennel & oranges → pesto Alfredo rotini with roasted chicken → orange-mascarpone cheesecake but honestly? we'll build whatever speaks to your group. that's the whole point.
