What you'll do:

Start your morning on the lake with a peaceful sunrise paddle followed by a relaxing floating sound bath. This beginner-friendly experience is designed to help you slow down, connect with nature, and ease into the day on the water.

When you arrive, you’ll grab coffee and light pastries before heading out for an open paddle session as the sun rises over the lake. Cruise around at your own pace, enjoy the quiet morning atmosphere, and take in the mountain views.

Next, settle onto your paddleboard for a guided floating sound bath, where calming sound bowls create a soothing experience across the water.

After the session, you’ll have more time to paddle, float, or relax lakeside with your group before heading out for the rest of your day feeling refreshed and recharged.
