The Chef will usually arrive between 3-4 hours before the first course or appetizer is served.
How Long Does The Service Take?
The total service time depends on how long it takes for the group to dine. From the Chef's arrival to completing cleanup, the service typically lasts between 6-8 ½ hours.
Is gratuity included in the cost per person?
Gratuity is not included in the price and is entirely at the client's discretion.
Does the Chef bring their own dishes, flatware, or cooking equipment?
