About this experience partner:

My name is Vanessa, and I'm the owner of Peanut Stitches Co. I started my shop in 2023 after I purchased an embroidery machine on a random late night while feeding my second-born. Postpartum hit me like a ton of bricks the second time around, and I needed a creative outlet to pass the time. I taught myself how to use the embroidery machine after many failed attempts and tons of YouTube and TikTok tutorials. I slowly gained confidence in my craft and started selling to friends and family. I decided to open an Etsy shop and see how things would go. When I opened my shop, I had a vision of customizing children's clothing and accessories. Somewhere along the way, I found my niche and love for custom bridal wear and bachelorette merch. Funny how everything just figures itself out! I'm happy you stopped by my site. I truly appreciate all of the love and support.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does live embroidery at an event work?

I bring my embroidery machine, setup, and a selection of items. Guests choose their piece and design, and I embroider it on the spot. Items are completed throughout the event for guests to take home.

How many items can you embroider during an event?

This depends on design complexity and event duration. On average, I can complete 10-15 items per hour with simple designs. More intricate designs may take longer.

What types of items can guests choose from?

I offer tote bags, bandanas, tank tops, makeup bags, sweaters, and jean jackets. You can customize the assortment for your event.

Can you embroider custom logos or event branding?

Yes! I can pre-digitize your logo or create custom designs that match your event theme. (Digitizing fees may apply.)

Can guests bring their own items to be embroidered?

Typically, no—only items provided by me are eligible for live embroidery to ensure material compatibility and quality. Exceptions can be discussed in advance.

Do you need anything from the venue?

Just access to power, a table, and a safe, stable setup area. For outdoor events, shade or a tent is required to protect the equipment.

How far in advance should we book?

I recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for peak seasons or corporate events.

What is included in the hourly rate?

My hourly rate includes the embroidery service, setup and breakdown, all thread and materials, and your chosen selection of blank items.

What if we need more time during the event?

If I’m available to stay longer, additional hours can be added on-site and must be paid before continuing service.

Do you offer custom designs for specific events?

Absolutely! I can create small motifs, initials, or themed designs to match any event—corporate, bridal, birthday, or brand activation.
