Interactive Cooking Class & Meal with LK Culinary

Our party of 11 booked chef Lukefor a bachelorette party dinner. He arrived on time, was very professional and engaged in conversation with us all evening. All food was cooked exceptionally well and tasted delicious. I’d highly recommend him!

Luke was hired for a bachelorette party in Dallas and we had a fantastic evening. We wanted to have an intimate dinner at the house to catch up and reminisce, which can be challenging at a crowded and noisy restaurant. Luke was quick to respond and easy to work with when coordinating the dinner. We chose the "Brazilian Evening" menu and it was nothing short of delicious. Thank you Luke for your professionalism! The experience was phenomenal. The food and cooking lesson were truly special. The service was excellent including accomodations for some changes to support my guests, and the chef did great even when my dogs were trying to be assistants (lol). I first contacted Luke to cater a seated dinner party with a cooking demonstartion at my house for 6 couples. I was so impressed with the food, service and professionalism! It made my evening so relaxing and enjoyable - which is often hard to do when you are hosting at your house. After the dinner his team cleaned the kitchen spotlessly as though there was never a meal cooked in my kitchen . Many guests of mine asked me for his number as they loved the food and service so much. I contacted Luke again a couple months ago to cater a heavy passed appetizers party for my husband's 40th birthday. He did an incredible job: from planning the menu with me, to arriving on time, and serving more incredible food to my guests. The party was a big success due to the execution of great food and great service! Again the kitchen was left spotless and my guests were left raving about the food. We hosted a small dinner party with a cooking lesson for my wife’s birthday and hired Chef Luke to prepare the meal for us in our home. The food was absolutely amazing: prime rib, sea bass, ricotta flat bread. A five star dining experience all prepared in our home! Luke engaged us and was happy to share tips and techniques. Luke provided the wonderful dining experience and entertainment for the evening. I would highly recommend Luke for your personal chef or catering needs.

We used Chef Luke for a 50th birthday celebration. Not only was the 5 course French inspired meal amazingly delicious, Chef and his assistant were exceptional!! Everything was prepped in my kitchen, all we had to do was give him the space. They even included a hands on lesson! They cleaned EVERYTHING after as well! Chef Luke provided amazing food, an awesome customer experience and great cooking lesson. This was my first time having a chef in my home, but it will not be the last! He served my party of 14 with amazing elegant gourmet appetizers, entrees and dessert! A great time was had by all, and I did not have to worry about cooking or clean up. Chef Luke did it all. This was an amazing experience from the time they arrived at my home! I wasn’t sure what to expect because I have never done anything like this before! We hired Luke for a small private dinner for a bachelorette party in Fort Worth. We had so much fun with Luke! We had a five course Mediterranean meal that started with chicken skewers and the best creamy feta salad I have ever had. Our courses followed with shrimp with braised kale and red peppers and a filet with couscous. We finished with a dreamy molten chocolate cake with cinnamon ice cream and blueberry compote. All of the ingredients were fresh and all of the courses were perfectly seasoned! Luke went above and beyond by serving our wine and leaving the kitchen cleaner than when he started. If you are looking for a private chef for dinner or a party in the Dallas area, you should consider Luke Keller of LK culinary. I found Luke on thumbtack. He had many high ratings so I reached out by email and he quickly responded. We talked over the phone about the party that I was planning, general numbers on size of party (20), what we wanted (courses with wine pairings from my wine library) and when. Luke responded with a sample menu that was pretty much exactly what we did. He was spot on with the suggestions. (Descriptions In attached pictures). Luke and his assistant arrived 3 hours early for prep and were great conversation as we prepared for the party. We changed the order of courses to better fit the wine progression and he was helpful and adaptable. They brought almost everything they needed. Luke used our oven, range, blender and countertop, but otherwise had everything they needed. They also brought plates. We had the wine glasses and disposable silverware. They served the dishes and poured the wine coursing for guests and we did it in casual fashion with people standing and mingling. Every course hit the mark and at least 3 people asked for his information to use him. I will add more details on the individual dishes later, but if you read the descriptions in the pictures know they were each executed very well. After dinner they cleaned all dishes and glasses as well as the kitchen. It was very refreshing late the next morning when we rolled out of the rack to survey the damage. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Luke at LK Culinary has catered a few parties for us. He does a great job with menu building and execution, as well as staying within a budget. I never have to worry about anything once Luke and his crew arrive. Everyone always raves about how wonderful the food is at our parties! LK Culinary will always be my first choice of caterer for future events.

Luke was amazing. Arrived right on time. Food was absolutely perfection. Was very professional, and timed each course out just right. When he was finished , my kitchen was left in perfect condition. My friends are still talking about the experience 2 weeks later. Highly recommend.

Luke catered a dinner party of 20+ people for me and did a fantastic job! He incorporated what I wanted into the menu ahead of time and made the day of effortless for me.
