If rain is a concern, no fear! You can have your luxury picnic awaiting for you in your hotel/Airbnb.
Please Note: July 1st - August 31st, 9am is the only option for Forsyth Park. Any other time slot would be set up with an indoor location of your choosing due to heat.
If the temperature exceeds 90° any day outside of July 1st through August 31st the picnic must be rescheduled or held indoors for your safety.

Paige did an amazing job curating the perfect spring picnic for us! The table and set up was beautiful and she had the perfect spot in the park picked out. We got lucky with absolutely perfect weather and we even got to watch a wedding happen in front of the fountain. It was so nice to sit and relax and play games. The meat and cheese selections were delicious and we all enjoyed the wine she picked out! Speaking with the batch party, we’d highly recommend this activity!!

Paige was AMAZING to work with! She made the bride feel so special and the set up of the picnic itself was straight from a magazine. Our group had a great time enjoying the charcuterie board, playing games, taking photos in the beautiful park. I highly recommend booking this for your group!

This is a must for all bachelorette parties visiting Savannah! We all actually gasped when the picnic came into view, it was that beautiful. The food, the games, and the wine were all wonderful! I would book it again in a heartbeat. We had a lovely time and they were very communicative about the possibility of rain. It was a perfect picnic!

Where will the picnic be set up?
The picnic will be set up in the beautiful Forsyth Park, surrounded by beautiful mansions and scenery. However, please note that from July 1st to August 31st, due to heat, 9am is the only option for Forsyth Park. Any other time slot would be set up with an indoor location of your choosing.
What happens if it rains?
Rain is not an issue! We can schedule it around the rain, but the safest option is to hold it indoors at your Airbnb/Hotel
What kind of food and beverages are provided during the picnic?
The picnic includes a charcuterie board and wine. Please let us know of any food allergies or preferences you may have.
What kind of games and entertainment are provided?
Our unique collection of games and entertainment options are included in the picnic setup. These are designed to create a fun atmosphere and make your picnic experience memorable. We tend to change games out often because sometimes they get damaged and want them to be in great condition. But the consistent ones are Jenga, connect 4, and a deck of cards. We usually have 4-5 games to choose from per set up.
