What is included in the cooking class experience?

Every experience includes a customized seasonal menu, all necessary ingredients, hands-on guidance throughout the class, and a signature cocktail or mocktail for each guest.

How do we choose the menu?

I work with the host to create a menu based on seasonal ingredients the groups preferences and any dietary needs.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. I can adjust menus for allergies gluten free guests vegetarian or vegan preferences and other dietary needs.

How long does the experience last?

Most events last about two to two and a half hours depending on the menu and the size of the group.

What do you bring on the day of the event?

I bring all the ingredients, tools, and equipment needed for the dishes. Some items may use the host kitchen, such as basic cookware or ovens, which we will confirm beforehand. If dining ware is needed, I can help arrange it through a local rental service, although using your own is always preferred for comfort and convenience.

Do you offer cocktail or mocktail options?

Yes. Every event includes one signature cocktail or mocktail made with fresh seasonal ingredients. Additional drinks can be added upon request.

How many guests can you accommodate?

I can host both small groups and larger gatherings. The ideal size depends on the kitchen space and the type of experience you want.

Do we need to prepare anything before you arrive?

All I need is a clean kitchen space and access to basic appliances. I take care of the ingredients and most of the prep work.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that plans can change. For cancellations made more than fourteen days before the event a full refund of your deposit will be provided. For cancellations made between seven and fourteen days before the event fifty percent of the deposit will be retained. For cancellations made less than seven days before the event the full deposit will be retained to cover ingredients and prep costs. I recommend contacting me as early as possible if changes are needed so we can adjust your event smoothly.

Can we add extra courses or special requests?

Yes. I offer optional add-ons such as additional small plates desserts or upgraded ingredients. You can request these when we plan your menu.
