Our staff had a wonderful time sharing our mixology event ! This was a team building evening of fun that featured tequila drinks! Lillian our host was educational and entertaining.She additionally provided non alcoholic tequila for those attending that had to drive. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming plus they provided some crackers veggies and nuts to add to the experience while we chatted and shared stories! We will be returning to explore an entirely different drink selection in the near future!

Do you LOVE cocktails? How about a fun evening out with the hubby or friends? Well good news because Assemble Cocktail Workshop allows you to do both at the same time!! Yes amazing isn't it? We have been up to the cottage a couple times now and hands down plan to do it again really soon! We had a small group of friends attend for my birthday party and I had a blast. Now Im not usually one to do anything big for my birthdays, but now Im definitely rethinking that idea. The space is so relaxing and inviting. Lillian has a heart and passion for mixing the perfect drink combos and the ability to wonderfully teach you the proper steps to creating your drinks while enjoying your time. There will be lots of laughter at your event, why no? It's supposed to be fun and I know you'll love going as much as my husband and I do.

I was just there on Saturday 3/2/24, and it was my first time attending a workshop like this and it was genuinely so much fun. I highly recommend it Lillian was so sweet and so funny and made the experience so interesting even though it was completely full of people. You felt like you were getting individual treatment the whole time, the drinks were super good, and I was impressed with myself to be able to make such a delicious drink with all the ingredients that we used. So if you’re debating whether or not attending, I recommend going, I will be going again hopefully soon!

We had a blast learning fun and delicious new cocktails! Such a great atmosphere, Lillian does a great job at making you feel comfortable yet professional. Definitely a MUST for a fun date night or girls night!

What a fun workshop to do! My girlfriends and I were on a girls weekend and wanted to do something different so we enrolled in one of the drink workshops and we had a blast! We learned how to make two botanical crafted cocktails and they were definitely something we could go home and remake! I would highly recommend this to anyone!!!!

I have attended two cocktail workshops here and they are amazing! Lillian, the owner, goes above and beyond and it’s always such a fun experience. High quality ingredients and great recipes. Can’t recommend enough!

Hands down the most fun I’ve had in a long time! The drinks were DELICIOUS but the experience was such a blast. I took my mom here and we have not stopped talking about it. We can’t wait to try the different drinks for different seasons. I saw that this place won Best Date Night Activity in Boerne and I can see why. My husband doesn’t drink but Lillian offers alcohol-free options so this will be a fantastic date in the future!

Attended a workshop organized my my alma mater. We had a great time. $50 per person is a bit high in my opinion for non premium alcohol. You're paying for a experience rather than the drinks. Host was great and highly recommend for a date night, definitely something different. Also they offer non alcoholic options.

Lillian hosts such a fun workshop! She’s super flexible and is a fantastic teacher. My cocktail repertoire has expanded thanks to her workshops. Can’t wait to go back!

This is SO MUCH FUN!! Lily is a delight and the class is just the best! I’ve done this class 3 times…first time I was invited to a birthday party. Then I had to come back so I booked a class with my daughter coming in from Austin for Christmas. Then it was so much fun I bought gift certificates for my mom and aunt and came back and did a third class with them! It was informative, fun and yummy!! Each time was a different cocktail and Lily was a delight! Lovely lovely way to spend a few hours!!😊 UPDATE: Just had my 60th birthday party with my girlfriends on Saturday night! WHAT A BLAST! Great way to celebrate and enjoy a great evening!

We ABSOLUTLEY loved this workshop in the cute little building next to Bear Moon(previously a hospital). It was decorated with a Valentine theme! We attended the "From Flame to Glass: The Art of Smoked Cocktails". Highly recommend this class if you love cocktails. We made 3 cocktails: Blackberry-Sage Margarita, Smoked Old Fashioned and a Campfire Martini! Such a fun concept - would definitely attend another class.

I have attended pre-made workshops, booked private custom workshops, and attended her pop up bars at Boerne’s Diva Night & The Frosted Jack at Christmas & Lillian never fails!! Her drinks are always creative and delicious with the ability to provide NA options or customize ingredients due to likes/dislikes/allergies/etc, not to mention her personality is sparkling and she makes sure you’re treated like a special friend whether you are in a group of 8 or 1 of 500 getting drinks at Diva Night! Would highly recommend Assemble Cocktail for your next event!!!

We still talk about the fun we had at her pop up workshop. Not only does she host there at her adorable shop but she does events, too. I brought her in for a team building for one of my clients and they LOVED IT!
