Sweet Heat is such a great activity to do with your girl group! The music is on point and you leave class feeling fit and ready for the weekend. The instructors are so fun and engaging too!

We had Anika from Sweet Heat come in to lead a Pilates class for our Bloom Nutrition team to celebrate a new product launch, and it honestly could not have been a better experience to celebrate! She created the perfect balance of challenging and fun in the class, everyone got a great workout while having so much fun. Anika’s energy is incredible, the music was so good, and everything felt really intentional and elevated from start to finish. Our team had the best time and we got so much positive feedback after! I could not recommend Sweet Heat more for any group looking to create something that feels fun, high energy, and genuinely memorable.
