Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to make sure we had a great time. The escape rooms themselves were the best I’ve ever played. The design and attention to detail were outstanding, creating an immersive experience from start to finish. The puzzles were clever, unique, and fun to solve, with a great variety that kept everyone engaged the entire time. You can tell a lot of thought and creativity went into every aspect of the rooms. I’ve played quite a few escape rooms over the years, and this one easily stands out as my favorite. If you’re looking for a challenging, well-designed, and memorable escape room experience, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!

We did the playground escape room with 6 adults and 6 kids (5-12). Great for big groups as there are lots of things to do. Non-linear puzzle is great for big groups as it doesn't leave anyone out with nothing to do. I don't remember the name of our game masters but they went out of the way to make a special card because we were celebrating a baby coming. It made her day even more special. Thank you for creating a wonderful memory for my family and friends.

We had so much fun here that we did 4 rooms in one week on vacation. Staff is amazing (Hayley rocks!!) And whoever was the yeti was so good!!!

We had an incredible time at the Escape Game at St. Johns Town Center! Our hosts, Bree and Shay, were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly, and very patient with their explanations, which was especially helpful since we had a couple of first-time escape room players in our group. We played the Playground room, and it was such a fun and engaging experience. The puzzles were creative, challenging, and enjoyable for both our newcomers and the returning escape room enthusiasts in our group. Bree and Shay made sure everyone understood the rules and felt comfortable before we started, which really helped make the experience enjoyable for everyone. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back to try another room. Highly recommend this location, and a big thank you to Bree and Shay for helping make our visit so memorable!

We took our office there for a celebration and bonding experience. We had a great time. We worked great together and we escaped!!

From beginning to start my interaction with The Escape Game Jacksonville Team has been excellent. I emailed regarding having my son's birthday party there for his 12th birthday. I had all my answers questioned regarding how much per kid and how long and if we could have a room afterward for pizza and cake. I was also able to pay for this online. I was given a link to text to the parents to fill out before hand which they all did. While there we were told they were unaware of us having the room after our session but they made it happen. We got Dominos delivered there and Chipotle. They were able to put the Dominos pizza away with drinks. I was able to set up the room afterwards. After the children were done they came to the room and we had pizza, cake, and opened gifts. I brought a little speaker to play some background music. Huge shout out to Aolani for being so kind and patient. She was working the front desk and was able to communicate to me while handling customers walking in exhibiting no stress. Very grateful for her and her team. I wanted a birthday party where kids did an activity and have a place to eat and have cake afterwards without needing to clean our house and set it up for guests. I also liked that the parents were able to bring their kids their and while they waited they were able to walk around the town center for two hours or so. Thank you Aolani and team for making my son's 12 th birthday stressfree for me and fun and engaging for him and his friends. We were there on May 24, 2026

Me and my brother did the prison break room and made it out with a minute to spare! Was definitely challenging and “E” made the immersion great! Will for sure come back to escape the other rooms!

Had an amazing time. Was a good challenge for me and my family and group. Had a good whimsical challenge to it and rewarding puzzle experience. Hailey did a great job and we had an overall pleasurable experience. Place was very clean and well kept and the staff was great and helpful.

This was my very first time ever playing an escape room and I had an amazing time! Our game host Shisam was so helpful and patient with my need for a million hints. Escaped the yeti with 22 seconds left! Will definitely be coming back!

My SO and I escaped the heist! This was the perfect activity for learning (or exposing) communication styles, and bonding as a team. It was really fun and E was the best guide helping us through! I would definitely come back here.

Such a great experience. I've been here before and loved it so I came back with my team from work to do a fun team building and we had a blast. The rooms are challenging and so immersive and the staff are absolutely phenomenal.
