Vegas from the Top: Cocktails & City Lights

This rooftop bar was everything I hoped for. The views were unreal—perfect place to catch the sunset. The staff at the bar were super friendly, and the cocktails did not disappoint. Great whiskey selection too. Also a solid spot if you want to sip and unwind with a cigar.

Well crafted drinks, absolutely breathtaking views. Pleasant staff! Very classy classic vegas feel. This review is coming from a local! Definitely a regular from now on! I had a wonderful conversation with Mr. Rosborough and he was an absolute class act !

this rooftop lounge was just what my lover and i needed after endlessly walking around the busy and loud fremont street. the ambiance and atmosphere was gorgeous and we were easily welcomed with the bartenders' friendliness. the cocktails were excellent--we also had a wonderful view of the city from the 35th floor of the circa resort. i would immediately suggest to visit this bar & location when given the chance, especially for a romantic night out with your partner or even just having a birthday celebration with loved ones!

The drinks are absolutely out of this world. The mixologists there are next level artists. Some of the best cocktails I have ever had! Awesome atmosphere. Spectacular views.

Celebrated my marriage as newlyweds at the Legacy Club. Drinks were exquisite. My husband got the $100 Midas Touch and Black Chip Old Fashioned drinks and was impressed by the quality of each drink. The bartenders are truly professional and know how to make the experience worth it. They even made me a blackberry champagne thats not on the menu. I would definitely come here again. One thing though...dress code doesn't seem to be really enforced. I seen a man wearing cargo shorts which I thought was not recommend. Either way it did not mess with my vibe.

As a Black woman born in the 90s, Legacy Club at Circa was exactly my vibe. The rooftop view of the Vegas skyline was breathtaking, and the ambiance was effortlessly sophisticated yet welcoming. I was a little underdressed, but it wasn’t a disadvantage—there was little to no crowd, maybe 40 people max. I came with a group of eight, which felt perfect for the intimate setting. The cocktails were spot-on—perfectly balanced, no harsh tang or sugar overload. If you’re tired of granulated sugar and headaches the next morning, this is the place. It’s all about quality, from the drinks to the experience.

One of the best roof top experience on the strip. Perfect atmosphere and vibe. Nice waitresses that really takes care of you. Nice conversation with a cigar about the decor of the bar.

He offered spot-on recommendations based on our tastes, mixed each cocktail with precision, and kept the energy upbeat without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to come across a bartender who can match the vibe of such a high-class venue, and Dominic nailed it. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Vegas, the Legacy Club is a must—and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Dominic, you’re in for a world-class experience. 5 stars all the way!
