The escape game was a blast! We had a team of 6! Escaped the timelines with 0:02:53 on the clock! Our game got was Allison. It was an awesome experience. Great family event, but also an opportunity to meet new people.

We had a blast playing “The Depths!” Sara our game guide was awesome providing clues when we got stuck which we had no shame asking. We even opted for another game afterwards. I highly recommend this place:)

We had an amazing time! It was our first time there and we actually ended up being #1 on time thus far !! The game host was so helpful when asked and at the end of the game he gave us praise and notes on what we did and not did and etc, I would definitely go back !

We’ve only had 5 star nights here…but the other night was out of this world, thanks to The Escape Game helping me pull off the best proposal I could’ve dreamed of :) The staff at The Escape Game went above and beyond for us. I reached out ahead of time because I wanted to incorporate a proposal into one of their rooms, and from the very first message, I felt completely taken care of. I first spoke with John, who walked me through booking the game and getting everything set up. Then Jacob, one of the managers, stepped in and that’s when the real magic happened. He helped me plan every detail down to a T. We talked through all the possible ways to pop the question, and he helped narrow things down to the perfect, most meaningful moment. We ended up incorporating a custom clue into the final portion of the room. I gave Jacob the exact line I wanted on the note (“Congratulations! You’ve solved the last puzzle. Now, are you ready to unlock the greatest adventure of all – the rest of your lives together?”), and he created a beautiful, themed card in Canva that fit perfectly into the room’s aesthetic. And the best part? Jacob kept the surprise so well that when we arrived, I wasn’t even sure he remembered what was about to happen…he was that good at playing it cool. The moment came, I got down on one knee, and she said yes. He gave us space to have our moment before coming in to congratulate us and take pictures. Even though The Escape Game can’t provide or sell footage from their cameras, Jacob went out of his way to film the control-room monitors and sent me a video from all four angles so we could relive the moment. That meant more to us than he knows. We already loved this place… but now it’s forever a part of our story. Thank you, Jacob, and thank you to the entire team for helping me pull off one of the best days of my life.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this escape room! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made sure we understood everything and really added to the fun atmosphere. The room itself was creative, well-designed, and full of exciting puzzles that kept us engaged the entire time. You can tell the team puts a lot of effort into making sure everyone has a great time. We had such a blast and were impressed by how smoothly everything ran. I would definitely recommend this escape room to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and memorable experience!

My and my boyfriend went out for our 8th anniversary and Henry was our game master. He was absolutely amazing!! We have been to many escape rooms and this one was by far the hardest and most fun to do. Henry gave clear and extremely helpful hints even coming in without prompt to clear misunderstandings that weren’t our fault without ever stepping in without cause. The elaborate escape took place in multiple well put together rooms. I simply can not express how vital Henry was to making our time and anniversary extremely helpful and even going out of his way to give us a card sighned by the staff members to celebrate. Well worth the price and I would absolutely come again and recommend it to anyone. We did get to escape (thank you Henry) but it still would’ve been just as fun if we hadn’t!! ❤️

This was the most amazing escape room experience I’ve had. The employees were so friendly and welcoming! I went with my boyfriend dressed as Harry Potter Hogwarts students, and they surprised us with an escape game plushy dressed as a wizard with its very own sorting hat! Our room host, Taylor, was so helpful throughout the game and gave us amazing clues. We chose The Depths room and the design and structure of the room was insanely cool. It was such a fun experience, and I will definitely be returning! If you’re considering doing an escape room, this is, hands down, the best place to go!!!

Super fun for group games, my friends told them it was my birthday and the staff drew me a really cute birthday card that they gave me when we got out :) Excellent customer service absolutely loved the staff!!

Josh was a great host with a fun energetic vibe. The game was a great and very interactive challenge. Me and the family had fun doing the puzzles as they made you think. Overall it was a great experience.

We did 2 rooms tonight and had a great time. We escaped both times! Both Rae and Glen were helpful and informative hosts. I'd highly recommend this Escape Room to any groups wanting an hour of fun and critical thinking.

The Gold Rush is one of the best escape rooms I’ve ever played! The design of the different puzzles are awesome, I especially enjoy the part where I can shoot the targets, and the slide. The circuit design was also amazing! The host there was super nice and helpful, the hints were given as soon as they were asked for, and the entire experience was just so great! I’ll definitely come back again!

Went to The Escape Game for my mom’s birthday. The Heist was the best. It was hard but the unlimited clues definitely helped. Justin was great with the clues, great customer service and fun to work with in the room. I wouldn’t go to any other escape room. We will be back.

The best time ever! It was a first for my husband and me, but our daughter had done it a few times in New Orleans, but never Gold Rush. We found the gold & ESCAPED with time left on the clock. If you have never experienced it, I highly recommend it. Kudos to our guide Hunter! He was a great. Thank you.

kiana was the goat, absolutely nice, amazing place gotta come again. didn’t catch the guys name working front desk but he was extremely welcoming and extremely nice. the other workers who helped in our rooms were awesome and the experience would definitely make me bring friends here. We did three rooms in a row back to back. the stress from the prisoner was super fun. definitely a 9 for a reason

We did prison break for my birthday. Sooooo much fun! Marcella was amazing! We escaped!! Our 2nd time back and we plan to come back for more.

We had such an amazing time at this escape room! The puzzles were creative, challenging, and fun without being frustrating. Justin was welcoming and did a great job setting the scene, which really made the experience immersive. Every detail of the room was thoughtfully designed, and working together as a team kept the energy high and exciting. We left smiling, already talking about which room we want to try next. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends, family, or coworkers!

Team work makes the dream work!! If you want to test your team's abilities and learn about personalities, this is a great team building event. With a little help from our guide, Josh, we mastered it-That feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction can't be beat! I look forward to doing another puzzle with family soon.

Wonderful experience! I took my handicap sister and they were so accommodating. They informed us which rooms her wheelchair could fit in and went above and beyond to make sure she was included. Appreciate it!

Not only did we have an amazing time (we’ve done almost all the games from Escape Game now and they are the BEST escape room experience hands down), but the staff at City Center went out of their way to accommodate and help us. They not only do escape rooms well but they genuinely care about their patrons and treat them so kindly. Thank you for such a great experience for me and my family! What an awesome experience. From beginning to end, my family and I were on our toes trying to figure out every clue that came at us. We chose The Heist adventure, and it was an 8 out 10 difficulty. Boy, was it hard. My advice would be to elicit assistance with the clue button as soon as you know you're stuck because the game goes by so fast. One hour is not enough time. My favorite parts of our escape game experience would be figuring out clues and uncovering something cool from them. We really enjoyed all the clever ways the clues were hidden in. We felt like Nicholas Cage in National Treasure finding all these secret openings and things. Lol. We even planned on returning to try out their Gold Rush or Special Ops escape games. We will definitely be back! It was so fun! PS - if you plan on coming to this Escape Game location, please allow 15 minutes or so to find parking and walking to the Escape Game. There's free parking in the garage behind Brio restaurant.

We had a great time in The Heist. It was a fun theme and had challenging puzzles. Our group of 7 had ages ranging from 7yrs old- 68yrs old and every member was able to contribute and help. Our game guide, Koi, was awesome and gave us great hints. We were able to figure out what we were missing without feeling like they were solving the puzzle for us. Highly recommend The Escape Game Houston. We have now done 5 rooms at the City Center Location and have enjoyed every one!

This place is awesome! I proposed to my girlfriend here during a game and the staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond my expectations. The game was amazing. We had such a great time. Cannot recommend enough.

We came here to celebrate our one year anniversary and had so much fun! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and our awesome game guide, Koi, even gifted us a card to congratulate us! 10/10 experience ☺️

My family and I have done numerous escape rooms (with varying levels of success.) But out of all the escape rooms I’ve done, The Escape Game was by far the best one I’ve ever played. My group chose to do “Playground,” which was the easiest room they offered. It was a perfect mix of immersive, challenging, and entertaining!!! It required teamwork, communication, and attention. My group managed to escape with a little over two minutes left on the timer, and we all enjoyed it! We weren’t given a limit on how many hints we could be given, which made me feel better about not completely understanding what to do. The customer service was amazing (Thank you, Stephen!!!) I’m don’t think that I can find a better experience anywhere else.

Had an amazing time Five stars all around !!! My partner and I had such a great time in the rooms and with our wonderful game masters (Amethyst and Rae) we escaped from three different rooms in one day!!!! (The TimeLiner, Cosmic Crisis, and The Heist). While at the Galleria mall Escape Game Amethyst gave us a Gem: the Escape room passport where you mark off the escape rooms you have complained with pins. I’m a sucker for pins. Thank you so much Amethyst, Rae, and Z for making our favorite thing to do even more special. With their knowledge, enthusiasm, and love for the games, made this one of the best Escape room experiences we ever had. We have done over 20 escape rooms and this was hands down our favorite spot. We both can’t wait to get started marking off our passport with more rooms and pins!!! I would highly recommend trying this spot out!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
