Where do I park?

Valet Available Valet Parking is available through the hotel and is complimentary for all guests of Skin Spa. You must retrieve your car from the valet after your spa service is complete.

Question 2

What time should my group arrive?

Accepted Answer

We request that large groups arrive 30 Minutes before their treatment start time. This is to ensure you will receive your full service, any arrivals after your appointment start time may result in a shortened service time.

Where do I check-in for my party?

Accepted Answer

Our Check-In area is in the store front at the entrance to the Haywood Park Hotel lobby, just to the left of the automatic doors.

Question 4

What is your cancelation Policy?

Accepted Answer

A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice there will be a service charged of 50% for any missed  appointment(s). This amount will be charge to your card on file.
