1. What’s included in the charter price?

Your base charter includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, bottled water, ice, cups, and access to the yacht's sound system, lounging areas, and swim platform. Add-ons like DJs, chefs, jet skis, and catering are available for an additional fee.

2. Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks. We also offer catering packages, private chefs, and mixologist services if you’d prefer a fully serviced experience.

3. Are there any age restrictions?

All guests are welcome on private charters, but only those 21 and older may consume alcohol. Any underage guests must wear a provided wristband. If anyone under 21 is found drinking, the charter will be terminated immediately with a $100 penalty.

4. What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

Charters operate rain or shine, but in the event of dangerous weather (as determined by the captain), we will work with you to reschedule your trip or offer a credit for a future date.

5. How far in advance should I book and what’s the cancellation policy?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time and date, especially on weekends. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
