• Board 15 minutes before departure to cover safety information and introduction to the yacht
• A gratuity of $175 cash is required at the dock before departure
• Not allowed on-board: smoking (vaping is allowed), drugs, or red wine
• We go out rain or shine, windy or calm. If day-of, after the captain has checked the radar and they deem it unsafe to depart, we will cancel and allow a refund to be issued. This is only if rescheduling or moving the time isn’t an option. Weather comes in and passes quickly and just because Apple Weather says 30% rain that doesn’t mean it will rain where the experience takes place.
• In order to meet new legal requirements, we require confirmation of the following: a card on file for incidentals, acknowledgment of the Gratuity Policy, and an acknowledgment of the USCG Captains List. This is all provided in the confirmation link sent from the Experience Partner directly after booking through the app/website.
