Not only did she provide cooking techniques and tips, but she intertwined her humor and fun to provide an engaging and memorable team event. We learned how to make tortillas, prepared, and cooked a variety of ingredients in small groups, used the ingredients to build our own tacos and then enjoyed the delicious results. I highly recommend her and would schedule a future event the next time I'm with a group in the Charlotte area.
