Absolutely top quality customer service and care at all times. I called to get some more information about different services and products, as well as what would work best for me. All of my questions were answered and I was comfortable and confident that I was important. The entrance is through the gym next door, once enter everything went smooth. I was greeted with a warm welcome and once again answered more questions. The environment is very relaxing and comfortable. I was offered water, and was checked on numerous times. My experience seemed to go quickly and smooth. The employees were so helpful and friendly. I plan on going again real soon! I can’t say enough about how great my whole experience was and how great the staff is, they make everything so easy! Thank you

Today was my first time at Drip Bar and I will definitely be back. The place was extremely clean and our nurses Jess and Caroline were great, they were very friendly and explained the whole process to us. After the IV was in we were offered water, tea and blankets. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes and we felt amazing after. Can't say enough about how great this place is, I will definitely be back!

From the early 4:30 start, the endless stream of athletes receiving B12 shots, and all of their patience with the questions.... they were efficient and extremely professional. I love this place! I have gone pretty much every weekend for the last month and will continue to do so. Every staff member treats you with care, genuine friendliness and hospitality. The establishment is immaculate and comfortable for longer services like an IV. The health benefits from everything they offer are fabulous. Love it!
