No, you do not! While our signature choreography is designed to make you feel incredible in heels, your comfort and confidence are our priority.

You are absolutely welcome to participate in socks, barefoot, or in sneakers.

If I choose to wear heels, what kind should I bring?
If you're ready to step into your heels, here are our recommendations for safety and enjoyment:

Secure Fit: Choose a heel that is secure around your ankle—ideally a bootie, a lace-up shoe, or one with an ankle strap. Avoid loose slides or slingbacks.

Supportive Heel: A block heel, wedge or a stiletto

Height: Start with a lower, comfortable height (around 3–4 inches). You can always bring higher heels and change into them as you feel ready!

Remember: Bring a pair of socks or sneakers as a backup so you can switch shoes easily throughout the class.
