Step into MonmouthFlow Yoga and Wellness for a private 90-minute experience designed just for your group. Whether you are celebrating a bachelorette party, birthday, or simply want a fun and relaxing group activity, we customize the class to your preferred style.

  • A private yoga class led by one of our instructors (Choose from calming flow, energizing heated vinyasa, sculpt, stretch, or a gentle beginner-friendly format)

  • A fully reserved studio with customizable music and lighting.

  • Optional add-ons such as aromatherapy and cool lavender towels.

  • Time for photos, mingling, and celebrating before or after the class.

  • A welcoming environment suitable for all levels, from first timers to experienced yogis.

Can we play our own music?

Yes. You can choose from our Spotify playlists or provide your own. We can adjust lighting and sound to match the mood you want.

Is the studio heated?

We offer both non heated and heated class options. Our heated classes use a Reznor system with UV light purification for cleaner air circulation.

Can we bring decorations or food?

How do payments work?

Private events are priced per group or per person depending on your selection. Payment is required to reserve your date and time. We accept credit card, Apple Pay and Zelle.

Yes, of course!. You can add additional studio time for an extra fee and must schedule it in advance.
