Step into MonmouthFlow Yoga + Wellness for a private 90-minute experience designed just for your group. Whether you are celebrating a bachelorette party, birthday, or simply want a fun and relaxing group activity - we customize the class to your preferred style!

A private yoga class led by one of our instructors (Choose from calming flow, energizing heated vinyasa, sculpt, stretch, or a gentle beginner-friendly format)
A fully reserved studio with customizable music and lighting.
Optional add-ons such as gift bags, aromatherapy, and cool lavender towels.
Time for photos, mingling, and celebrating before or after the class.
A welcoming environment suitable for all levels, from first timers to experienced yogis.

MonmouthFlow Yoga + Wellness is a community centered studio in Shrewsbury dedicated to helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected! We offer a variety of thoughtfully designed classes from heated vinyasa and sculpt - to gentle and restorative flows. Blending mindful movement, breathwork, and strength for a full-body, full-mind experience. Our welcoming space and experienced instructors create an inclusive environment where everyone can move, recharge, and reconnect!

Our studio is equipped with a Reznor heating system that includes UV light purification. The UV technology helps reduce airborne particles and supports cleaner air circulation during heated classes.

Do we need yoga experience to participate?
No - our private classes are designed for all levels! Beginners are welcome and we adjust the class to match your group.
What should we bring?
Please bring a reusable water bottle for our Flowater station and a yoga mat. If you or your party does not have a yoga mat, we can provide both mats and towels at no extra cost.
Do we need to sign a waiver?

How many people can you accommodate?
We can host up to 35 guests depending on the class style and layout.
Can we arrive early to set up?

Can we play our own music?
Yes - you may put together a Spotify playlist of your own to use for the class or we can provide our own if you would like. We can adjust the lighting and sound to match the mood you want!
Is the studio heated?
We offer both non-heated, heated, and/or hot class options!
Can we bring decorations or food?

How do payments work?
