Yes, If, for any reason, your experience didn’t live up to your expectations, we've got you covered with our Money Back Guarantee.
Our Money Back Guarantee applies only if you complete the tour in full. If Ghost City Tours must cancel a tour for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund. We’re happy to reschedule your tour at no cost. If you miss your tour, we’ll issue a raincheck valid in any of our cities. Refunds are not provided for no-shows, early departures, or inability to attend.

What should I wear?

Comfortable shoes - no one wants to be haunted by sore feet! And dress for the weather; the ghosts don’t mind, but we’d prefer you’re comfortable while hunting for them. A sweater might help you feel a little less “chilly” on those haunted corners.

What if it rains?

Ghosts don’t mind the rain, and neither should you! Our tours go on rain or shine. Just bring an umbrella, and maybe some waterproof ghost-hunting gear—you know, for the added effect. ☔👻
