Alisha and Victoria were AMAZING. They showed up with the best energy and made my bachelorette morning feel so fun and special. The class was super enjoyable but definitely had a great challenge where you’re laughing, shaking, and somehow still loving every minute. All the girls felt comfortable, supported, and actually proud of themselves afterward. If you want instructors who hype you up, keep things light, and still give you a legit workout, these two are everything!

We had so much fun! The playlist was amazing, the class was super challenging but also met everyone at their skill level, and we laughed a ton! 10/10 recommend.

Thank you for creating such a special morning for our ICU nurses, it was a much needed activity for us all.

This was the perfect way to kick off my birthday weekend! I loved getting to flow with some of my best friends on my apartment rooftop, and thought the class was creative and fun. I also was so touched by the personalized birthday sign that was made for me- the perfect photo moment post class!
