Where do I sign the waiver?
On the website! All guests are required to complete the digital waiver prior to boarding. Your captain will check your waiver confirmation email with a valid form of ID. You will not be able to board the boat until you've signed the digital waiver. All guests (not just the organizer) will need to do this prior to boarding.
Where does the tour start and end?
Detroit tours are located next to St. Jean Public Boat Launch: Follow the signs to the parking lot.
Parking at the Detroit Location
This is a city owned marina and they charge $15 per car for parking.
What hours do the Tiki Boats run?
We run 7 days a week with tours running in 2 hour increments.
How many people can ride?
Up to 6 people per Tiki Boat. Max weight limit 2300lbs

Do you stop for a restroom break?
Yes - Absolutely!
Safety
Safety is very important to all of us of course! Our captains are all USCG certified captains. We provide life jackets for all. When you arrive you will have to sign a waiver. If under the age of 18 a legal guardian must sign before you can hop on. We also have a fire extinguishers on board.

No Swimming!
Will my feet get wet?
Although most tours will keep their toes dry, we can't guarantee there won't be a splash here or there, so we suggest dressing accordingly.
Is smoking allowed?
No! None of any kind what so ever. We have an exposed gas tank and the Federal Government prohibits it.
Restricted items?
No smoking, hookah, or kegs! If you bring glass bottles please bring a plastic cup to pour it in to.
Do all riders have to be over 18?
No. Ages 12 and up are welcome on the Tiki boat. All riders are required to sign a waiver for those over the age of 18. All riders must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for those under 18 year's of age. We have adult lifejackets on board for all guests. Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.

What is the cancellation policy?
Once the Tiki Boat(s) is booked it is non-refundable.
What if the weather is not permitting?
We go out rain or shine!
