Very clean and well run business! They have the routine down and move people in and out efficiently, yet pleasantly. They do a great job educating newbies and making them feel comfortable on their virgin experience! An attendant stayed next to me while I was in the tank talking to me and making sure I was handling it OK. It was a VIP experience! The decor is minimal and white with cool blue background lighting adding to the impression of being in very cool snow country...which in scorching hot Phoenix was very welcome! Great place! Excellent experience!

LiveColder is the BEST one stop place for wellness and recovery. You have so many options from heat, to cold, to massage, to compression, etc. The new owner has added multiple services and the staff is fantastic! You don’t know what you’re missing until you try!

Owner of the company is very professional and cordial. Friendly. It was worth the membership. I wish I was still resident of Arizona. Unfortunately, I brought my home in Las Vegas. Perhaps , if the Market for homes was available and feasible during my 4 years. I 100%. Would have made State of Arizona my home and still be attending and supporting this company. I highly recommend this company. You’ll feel rejuvenated and your health will exceed your expectations!

Great spot to recover with red light, infrared sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy, compression therapy and more. The leg compression boots are more powerful than most! Devon, the owner is kind and welcoming. I recommend it!

Very friendly! I prefer the cryo tank and can always count on getting in and out quickly while ensuring I am getting top tier recovery for my body.

I went into LiveColder after having been to numerous other wellness facilities and by far it is the best I have been to. While offering all of the same services it does it in a way where it individualized to each person and I could truly lay back and relax without having to worry about being looked at, joined or judged. I would give it 6 stars if possible

Great staff and welcoming atmosphere! Each staffer was very knowledgeable about the benefits of all of the services offered. I very much enjoy the privacy aspect of the spa as you never have to worry about it being too loud or crowded. Cold plunge has done wonders for reducing my lower back pain and reducing overall inflammation!

LiveColder recovery is one of the only private wellness spots in the valley! They even offer massage and facials- it’s a all in one. I am able to fully relax and take time for myself, truly love it here. Highly recommend.
