I had such an amazing experience at Bodyology! I went in for a lymphatic massage and everything from start to finish was incredible. Ashley was so kind, gentle, and informative. she explained everything to me and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire session. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and so thoughtfully set up. They even have a shower and everything you could possibly need to feel relaxed and taken care of. I was a little skeptical about getting lymphatic massages, but I’ve honestly seen a tremendous difference in terms of reducing scar tissue. I had surgery over a month ago and I’ve also seen a difference in my inflammation too as I eat high salt foods. I’ve had now 12 sessions and I want to continue doing it because it’s honestly also so relaxing and therapeutic …highly recommended for anyone needing either just a good massage or something to make you feel great !

I came in right after surgery feeling extremely swollen, uncomfortable, and honestly overwhelmed , and the care I received was beyond anything I expected. From the moment I walked in, Ashley was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She even texted me outside of appointments to check in on how I was feeling, which truly meant so much during recovery. The relief I feel every time I leave her office is immeasurable. She didn’t just perform the massage she genuinely cared. She helped me put my faja back on, made sure my foams and boards were placed correctly, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable before I left. That level of hands-on support is rare and priceless when you’re post-op. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly, and just an all-around incredible human. If you’re recovering from surgery or even just looking for lymphatic drainage, or IV infusion this is the place to go. 10/10 recommend Bodyology, truly the best experience and I’m so grateful I found her. 💖✨

Ashley is very knowledgeable in lymphatic and medical massage., she listen and she cares a lot to your needs. Ten days post op cosmetic surgery after one treatment for one hour I felt a difference. She also gives you tools to be able to help yourself when your home. That was a bonus! Thank you Ash!!!
