What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel 14 days or more before your trip, you will receive a refund (minus the booking fee and credit card processing fee). Within 14 days, we will refund 50% or schedule you for another day.

Can we drink on board?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our boats are BYOB-friendly, so feel free to bring your favorite drinks — champagne, seltzers, canned cocktails, or whatever your crew prefers.

Question 3

Can we bring food?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring snacks, charcuterie boards, birthday cakes — whatever floats your boat (literally).

Do we tip the Captain?

Accepted Answer

Tips are not included in the charter cost but are very much appreciated.

Is there a bathroom on board?

Accepted Answer

No — our pontoons don’t have bathrooms, so we recommend using the restroom before departure.
