• Bring your own food and drinks - Use a licensed caterer or favorite food vendor, and serve beer, wine, and seltzers freely.

• Add a bartender for liquor - Bring in a licensed, insured bartender if you want cocktails or mixed drinks.

• Host your own activities - Bring in the class, entertainer, or vendor you want, right into the space.
