What you'll do:
It’s a party for your glutes! You and your crew will sweat, laugh, and lift together in a private Peachlab group class—our signature women-focused strength training experience. With upbeat playlists, an encouraging coach, and workouts designed to make you feel strong, you’ll squat, press, and hip-thrust your way to major endorphins.
Whether you want to celebrate a birthday, bachelorette, girls’ night, or team outing, we’ll bring the Peachlab energy (and the killer burn). We’ll even customize the workout to your crew’s vibe—whether that’s extra glutes, a full-body blast, or a mix. Just show up in workout gear, and we’ll handle the rest.

I’m a beginner—can I still join?
Absolutely! Peachlab is for every fitness level. Whether you’ve never touched a barbell or you lift on the regular, our coaches will guide you through every move and give modifications so you feel strong and supported.
What should we wear?
Athletic wear and sneakers are perfect. We’ll provide all the equipment—you just bring yourself (and maybe your cutest matching sets if you’re going for the group pic!).
How many people can we bring?
We can host up to 25 participants for a private group class.
How long is the class?
Our standard private classes are 60 minutes, but we can customize the length if you’d like more (or less) workout time.
Can we choose our own music?
Absolutely! We love when groups bring their own playlist, or you can tell us the vibe you want and we’ll make it happen.

Can we decorate or bring food/drinks?
Yes! You can add on balloons, bring your own decorations, or even upgrade to a celebratory mimosa bar. Post-workout smoothies are also available.
Can we choose the workout format?
Yes! You can pick from our signature formats—like Plump (glute-focused), full-body strength, or a mix—or we can create something totally custom for your group.

The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we’ll have to get you your preferred date and time.
