Do we need any Pilates experience?

Nope! All levels are welcome. Your VITA instructor will offer modifications so everyone — from total beginners to mat pros — gets a great workout.

Question 2

What's included in the setup?

Accepted Answer

Everything- mats, props, speaker! Your instructor brings all the mats and equipment needed. All you have to do is clear some floor space and show up ready to move.

Question 3

How much space do we need?

Accepted Answer

A good rule of thumb is enough room for each person to lay flat with arms extended. A living room, backyard, or open common area usually works perfectly.

How long is the class?

Sessions are 50 minutes long — plenty of time to break a sweat before the real party starts!

What should we wear?

Comfortable workout clothes and grip socks if you have them! Bare feet work great too.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your date and time.
