What you'll do:

You and your guests will spend two creative, nostalgia-filled hours building custom kandi bracelets, keychains, and accessories together — all from the comfort of your own space in Charlotte.

• Full Kandi Bar Setup — Your facilitator arrives with bracelet and keychain-making supplies for up to 12 guests, fully set up and ready to go.

• Huge Bead Selection — Guests can mix and match from colorful spacer beads, letter beads, and themed focal beads to create pieces that are funny, sentimental, chaotic, or completely personal.

• Free-Form Crafting — There’s no required design or structure, so guests can create bracelets, necklaces, bag charms, bookmarks, keychains, or anything else they dream up.

• Custom Theme Add-Ons Available — Pride beads, R-rated beads, themed color palettes, or custom requests can all be added with advance notice.

• Hands-On Support Without the Pressure — Facilitators help with threading beads, tying knots, and tricky details while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed and social instead of instructional.

Play More Charlotte is a Charlotte-based, LGBTQIA+-owned pop-up experience company specializing in nostalgic, hands-on craft events for adults. Their experiences include kandi bracelet bars, sticker craft parties, and decoden cream glue workshops, all hosted directly at the client’s location.

The company intentionally centers inclusive, affirming experiences for BIPOC, queer, disabled, and immigrant communities through every event they host.
