About this Experience

What you'll do:

Our art and wellness events are designed specifically for your group and focus on the power of art as a tool to improve mental health. We offer vision boarding, art and meditation workshops, journaling sessions, and more. Each session is designed with the intention and science behind stress reduction, productivity enhancement, and the skills needed to cultivate a balanced mind and body.

Wellness offerings:

  • Intention Setting & Visual Journaling: This session begins with a guided meditation, during which guests set a clear and meaningful intention. Following the meditation, our instructors lead a visual journaling activity, where attendees use mixed media supplies to create expressive journal entries, a practice that can be continued at home.

  • Open Air Watercolor Practice: Participants are encouraged to focus on one small aspect of nature that brings them joy that day. Then, our instructors guide the group in transforming that source of joy into a watercolor painting. Guests are encouraged to develop the skills they learn into a regular practice.

  • Vision Boarding: Guests will use collage materials, vintage Life magazines, and a mini picture printer to create a vision board that visually brings their goals and dreams to life under the guidance of professional artists.

  • Movement & Intuitive Painting: The movement portion of this class cultivates strength, flexibility, and focus while clearing the mind. Then, the painting session encourages free play and self-reflection. The experience concludes with a share session, leaving participants revitalized and equipped with practical mindfulness tools connected to an art practice.

  • Sound Bath & Lunar Art: Participants will experience a transformative sound bath featuring crystal alchemy bowls and angelic singing. Then, they will engage in an art-making session using watercolor painting and writing that connects their intentions to the waxing and waning of the moon cycle.
