Not at all! Our trained Tech Coaches guide every step. Most guests have never touched a 3D pen before—within minutes you’ll be creating jewelry, sculptures, and keepsakes like a pro.
Where can we host our 3D Pen Party™?
Anywhere you’d like! We’re 100 % mobile and travel across the DMV. Host at your home, Airbnb, community center, library, hotel suite, or office—just provide tables, chairs, and standard electrical outlets.
How much does it cost and what’s included?
Packages start at $350 for 60 minutes (10 guests), $450 for 90 minutes (12 guests), and $575 for 2 hours (12 guests). All equipment, colorful filaments, templates, setup, guidance, and cleanup are included. We bring everything—just show up and create!

How far in advance should we book?
Please book at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare your materials and staff. Dates fill quickly, especially weekends, so the earlier the better!
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50 % deposit secures your date and final balance is due on the event day. You’ll receive an invoice that outlines everything clearly before payment.
Can we serve food or drinks?
Light snacks and beverages are fine, and adult guests may BYOB. We just ask that food stays minimal during the art session to keep workspaces clean. We don’t provide or check for alcohol.
How long is setup and breakdown?
We arrive 30 minutes before start time to set up and usually need about 15 minutes after the session to break down. You won’t need to lift a finger!
Is this safe for adults with limited mobility or fine-motor challenges?
Yes! Our pens are a lower-temperature then most glue guns and easy to handle. We teach safety first and may adjust activities for comfort and accessibility, offering seated setups and adaptive grips when needed.
What if we run over time?
We’ll happily keep the creativity flowing for $100 per extra 30 minutes (as long as our schedule allows). Your coach will check in before time runs out.
What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
You may reschedule once without penalty with 48 hours notice. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event forfeit the deposit since materials and staff are already reserved.
What should guests wear?
Casual, comfortable clothing that can handle a bit of creativity. The plastic filament is non-toxic and peels off most fabrics easily, but avoid delicate outfits just in case.
How many people can you accommodate?
Standard packages cover 10–12 guests, but larger groups or multi-table setups can be arranged with advance notice for an additional fee.
