We understand life happens! If your chain comes off and you still have the original chain, we’ll happily reweld it free of charge. Simply schedule an appointment and travel to our location for your reweld.

Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn every day without a clasp. However, it can be removed at any time with scissors or wire cutters if needed for medical procedures, travel, or personal preference.

Yes! The welding process is quick, safe, and painless. A protective shield is placed between your skin and the welding point to ensure your safety throughout the process.

What if I lose my chain?

If the chain is lost or too damaged to reweld, a new chain will need to be purchased at the current pricing.

Can each guest choose something different?

Yes! Guests can choose from bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings, hand chains, and body chains, along with optional charms and connectors to create a piece that’s uniquely theirs.
